Public Comment is open for the Proposed Rule on Implementation of Criminal Background Check Requirement drafted August 10, 2023. This rule will be effective 30 days after Full Commission Approval.

How do I submit a Public Comment?

• Electronic submissions may be sent via email to kbuckhout@csg.org with a subject line that states “ASLP-IC Commission Rule Comment”.
• Individuals may also attend the meeting using the registration link above
• Written comments must be submitted by October 6, 2023 by 12 PM (EST)
