ASLP-IC Rule-Making Comment Period

The public comment period is open for the ASLP-IC proposed rule on Implementation of Criminal Background Check Requirement drafted August 10, 2023. This rule will be effective 30 days after Full Commission Approval.
How do I submit a Public Comment?
- Electronic submissions may be sent via email to kbuckhout@csg.org with a subject line that states “ASLP-IC Commission Rule Comment”.
- Individuals may also attend the meeting using the registration link below
- Written comments must be submitted by October 6, 2023 by 12 PM (EST)
