Yes. You will need to submit your request to match your cycles in writing. Be sure to include the following:
- First and last name
- NC License number (NOT ASHA)
- The start and end year of your current ASHA cycle.
Only if you have been audited, and only for the CE cycle you were audited for. If you have not been audited or it shows a previous CE cycle there is nothing you need to do. Changing your CE cycle does not change your license renewal date.
We keep track of the start and end date of your Continuing Education cycle. We do not have access to licensee ASHA accounts and the only way the Board can verify a licensee’s Continuing Education is through the licensee providing official, verifiable documentation to the Board when audited.
No, for North Carolina CE cycles run in three year increments starting January first of the first year and ending December thirty-first of the third year.
No, be sure to get thirty in the three year period. It does not matter how they are broken down over the three year period.
