Members of the Board’s staff recently attended CLEAR’s annual education conference in Utah. Utah is also the home of Harvey Fletcher. Who is known as the “Father of stereophonic sound”, he is credited as the inventor of the first electronic hearing aid and artificial larynx. The Board would like to celebrate Audiology Awareness month, and recognize the many advances the field of audiology continues to make in advancing audiology care and service to the public.
